Join craft butcher, Mr Stewart McSorley as he demonstrates how to break down a side of pork (SSP) into different cuts. This live demonstration will be opened up into an interactive audience discussion as we strip butchery back to basics.

During the demonstration, feel free to take your little ones to our QMS Health and Education stand at the back of the Spiegel tent. Here our passionate educational team will entertain children of all ages - with the purpose of outlining the importance of eating a balanced diet.
